Select the GT VIP® logo in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select My Account. Scroll down to the GT VIP® Membership section, enter your birthday and select “Add Birthday”.
You must be a GT VIP® member and have your birthday entered in your account information at least fourteen (14) days prior to the start of your birth month.
Your birthday can only be added to your GT VIP account once. If you need to correct or update your birthday after it has been saved, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Our team will be happy to review and make any necessary changes.
On the GT VIP® login page, select “Forgot Your Password”. Enter your email address associated with your GT VIP® account. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you. Sign up online using the GT VIP® registration page.
Log in to your GT VIP® account and go to the “My Account” tab. Select “Edit Account Information” and make the changes you want. Be sure to select “Save” to confirm your updates.
